Delivery of coins

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped: coins arrive in your app account.

  1. 1. What you receive

    Coins, added to the app account you were signed in to when you paid. You spend them in the app on papers and notes. See our pricing.

  2. 2. When

    Usually within a few seconds of the payment being confirmed by Razorpay or PayPal, and always within one hour. Your new balance shows on the app's Coins page.

  3. 3. Where

    Anywhere the app works: in India (Razorpay, rupees) and in other countries (PayPal, US dollars).

  4. 4. If coins do not arrive

    The app checks unfinished payments with the provider every ten minutes and adds coins for those that were paid. If an hour has passed, email support@konarkveda.com with your account and the payment ID; see also refunds.
